Noise disturbances from the neighborhood can be quite disruptive!!! Unpleasant cooking smells in the hallways are rather off-putting!!! The building has a run-down appearance that definitely needs attention!!!

Clean, great value hotel, the location was good and stunning close enough to Cite de la Musique and the Philharmonie as well as the public transport. Good service, even though a few employees were kind of rude. The property met required needs, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
As for me, the area was unwelcoming.
